Details:	SUMMARY: Boil notice - water loss DETAILS: System had frozen pipes on 12/16 from the minus temps. On 12/20 the system had fixed the leak and starting filling the storage tank back up and then another leak forced the system to shut down. The system has been having difficulty finding the leaks (very sandy soil) and there are no isolation valves so the entire system has to be shut down. On 12/21 the system was still out of water. On 12/22 the leak had been found and repaired. The system needs to do some flushing before the samples can be collected to be released from the boil notice. (All residents had been informed from the start) Received word on 12/27 that the system is not able to maintain pressure and is down again. ACTION NEEDED: System will remain on boil notice (after water is back on) till follow up samples are collected and are cleared by the lab.
