Details:	SUMMARY: Conference Call re: Enforcement Timeline DETAILS: Held a conference call attended by the citys mayor, city recorder, public works staff, contract operator, engineering consultant, and OHA-DWS enforcement and field staff. Reviewed timelines of GWUDI determination and Bilateral Compliance Agreement and extension. Reviewed the current interim 1-log Giardia disinfection treatment and remaining health risks posed by the lack of filtration. Discussed the draft BCA extension request for an additional five years that was received by OHA-DWS on January 3. The extension request was rejected by OHA-DWS due to minimal progress. The BCA will be cancelled and an Administrative Order will be issued with new deadlines. It was noted that there would likely not be enough time allowed to produce a full Water System Master Plan before starting a project. The City was given two weeks to provide input on a new timeline for the AO. ACTION NEEDED: City to provide proposed timeline to bring the system into compliance. OHA-DWS to issue Administrative Order.
