Details:	SUMMARY: Water System Survey Deficiency Follow Up DETAILS: I spoke with Mrs. Jane Moore to discuss the significant deficiencies noted in the Survey. She stated that the coliform sampling plan, operations and maintenance manual, and emergency response plan have been completed. She also stated that a setback waiver request has been sent to OHA Drinking Water Services. ACTION NEEDED: Awaiting review of setback waiver request.
