Details:	SUMMARY: Violation 903515315 DETAILS: The system had an exceedance on NO3 and had work done on the treatment and received training and guidance to monitor and maintain the system. The system took a NO3 sample fourth quarter with a result of 0.802. Three samples were taken in September of 2016 and reported. Spoke with Lorin today and asked they notifiy me when the first quarter sample is taken so we can submit the paperwork to RTC the system for Nitrate. ACTION NEEDED: System take NO3 sample so we can RTC.
