Details:	SUMMARY: Discussed significant deficiencies and civil penalty letter DETAILS: Mr. Dechaine called regarding the letter warning of civil penalties if deficiency corrections arent verified. He confirmed that he sent pictures of the repaired well vent screen to Joel Ferguson at Clackamas County. I informed Mr. Dechaine that I called Joel yesterday and asked for confirmation that the repair was acceptable but havent heard back. I stated I will call him back before taking any other actions if the deficiency corrections are not confirmed with Joel. ACTION NEEDED: Verify deficiency corrections were completed appropriately.
