Details:	SUMMARY: Alert Follow Up for Repeat TC+ DETAILS: All 3 repeats and triggered source sample TC+ following 3/9 routine positive. Spoke with operator Lynn and well #1 had maintenance done but was not chlorinated or flushed adequately following work. Lynn will use well #2 only until chlorinated and then take special samples to ensure absent of coliforms. ACTION NEEDED: Chlorinate and complete level 1 investigation. Take special samples to ensure absent for coliforms then take routine sample in April. Make sure to take routine samples that are representative of both sources if used at any time during the month.
