Details:	SUMMARY: Assessment Sample Positive, Mislabeled as Routine DETAILS: I called the school district and the lab that submitted the sample and they both confirmed that the sample must have been mislabeled. The sample should have been an assessment sample. Chris at Spring Street Analytical (541-882-6286) will revise the document and resend to DWP. ACTION NEEDED: Spring Street Analytical will resend with corrected information.
