Details:	SUMMARY: Repeat Violations had Two TC+ Tests DETAILS: Went to site to do a level two investigation on 3/27/2016. Evidence that sampling may have been done incorrectly. Also the river is extremly high next to the property. ACTION NEEDED: Go to site and help with next sampling. System will be put on monthly sampling.
