Details:	SUMMARY: Concern about arsenic in drinking water DETAILS: A resident of Paisley called to report health concerns while drinking from the Citys public water system. The resident recently collected a water sample from their home and it was over twice the MCL for arsenic, significantly different than what was reported by the City for the first quarter of 2017. The caller expressed a concern that the City is not operating its treatment system continuously. I informed the caller that I would do my best to ensure the Authority collects a water sample to verify the callers concern about water quality flucuations and possible treatment lapses. ACTION NEEDED: Investigate the Citys operation of its arsenic treatment system and proceed with enforcement action to compel the City to provide safe drinking water to its residents.
