| Details: | SUMMARY: Repeat Coliform is TC+ at Kitchen Tap DETAILS: Repeat sample at kitchen tap (same tap as routine sample that was positive) is again TC+. Operator noticed low flow at that tap on the cold water line. Prior to sampling, the faucet was replaced and the water flushed, some sediment was detected. Tap is at the lowest level of gravity flow, untreated water system. Faucet device was not disinfected. ACTION NEEDED: Operator will disinfect faucet installation, flush again, take special sample before proceeding. All other repeats, source samples were negative. Due to a level one investigation being completed on this system within the last 12 month period, the system requires a level 2 investigation. This has been started and will be completed within 30 days of the positive repeat sample. Operator to communicate with me on progress. Sytem is already sampling monthly. | ||
