Details:	SUMMARY: Water System Survey Follow Up DETAILS: I called the operator to verify that the system is checking chlorine residual at least 2x per week. The operator indicated he is & documenting it in spiral book. The system has also been taking source samples at the well head. The operator indicated that he has been promoted in the organization and will no longer be the contact within the next month or two. I let him know to have the new contact. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up with new contact when he/she takes the position.
