Details:	SUMMARY: Repeat Sample Collected on 4-10-17 Tested TC+ DETAILS: A repeat sample collected on 4-10-17 tested TC+. I spoke with Ken about the routine and repeat samples collected at Lakewood, emailed him a level 1 coliform investigation form, and advised him that three temp routines are due in May. Ken is going to replace the "1st tap". We discussed sampling according to the written coliform sampling plan: 9 of the last 10 routine samples were collected at the same tap. I advised him to contact Jayme Palodichuk to obtain a copy of the written coliform sampling plan that was reviewed during the water system survey on 3-10-16. I also e mailed Ken a blank template in case he wants to create a new coliform sampling plan. ACTION NEEDED: Complete the level 1 coliform investigation and return it to Jackson County within 30 days. Collect 3 temp routines in May. Sample according to the written coliform sampling plan.
