Details: SUMMARY: Attempted to Contact Operator to Discuss Last MCL Results, 13.3ppm DETAILS: Latest results were 13.3ppm. ACTION NEEDED: Owner has purchased a Nitrate removal system, it has not been approved by OHD but is being installed. I spoke with the owner 5-10-17 and let him know of the plan review process. His son had reached out to the Circuit Rider so I was assuming that he had some influence in what was going to be installed at that location. Michelle Byrd, OHA Drinking Water, called Lee Langan (owner) and discussed the need for the nirtate removal equipment to be approved prior to installation.I spoke to the operator and let her know that no matter what the owner does that she should pull a nitrate sample as soon as the installed removal equipment is installed.
