Details:	SUMMARY: Increasing chlorine to 2ppm to achieve CT DETAILS: Water System assumed too much effective volume in contact tank. (Tracer study performed in mid May 2017 found an effective volume of 180 gallons... Or a baffling factor of 0.18 on the 1,000 gal contact tank.) David will increase chlorine residual to 2 ppm to meet CTs. David has meanwhile been acquiring a new well for future use. ACTION NEEDED: Assure CTs are met. (Began accurate calculations and meeting CTs in last weeks of May.) Re-confirm predicted dates for transitioning to groundwater source. (see next contact report)
