Details:	SUMMARY: Water System Survey Follow Up DETAILS: Spoke with the new administrative contact. She indicated that they are going to have a new DRC. They will send the info in to DWS. They are working on getting the well casing repaired. I agreed to extend the due date on the casing repair to 9-1-17. However, I still want the screening installed on the vent done by the original due date of 6-10-17. ACTION NEEDED: I have a site visit planned on 6-9-17 for further follow up with new contact & DRC.
