Details:	SUMMARY: WTP EVALUATION DETAILS: The Midland Water Association has a packaged direct filtration water treatment plant which provides drinking water to 160 people through 70 connections. DWS has completed a Comprehensive Performance Evaluation of the WTP. Circuit Rider was contacted by DWS Staff to provide general assistance and review of the operation of the filtration system in regard to meeting goals described in the CPE. Visited WTP and reviewed operations and equipment status with operations staff. Reviewed options for meeting goals of the CPE. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up with OHA staff.
