Details:	SUMMARY: Pre-opening Check and Plan Review DETAILS: Operator is planing to open in July. Discussed 4 log treatment and installation of sample tap on tank after chlorination. According to SDWIS operator is to keep .5ppm chlorination in tank prior to filtration to meet minimum 4-log requirements. Operator also has new UV treatment prior to chlorination. However there is no online indication of plan review for systems updated filtration sytem or UV. ACTION NEEDED: Smith River needs to complete the pre-opening start-up check list for Smith River Marina RV Park. Start recording daily chlorine readings on 4-log sheet and turn them in monthly (chlorine should be .5 or greater). Find out where the new filtration and UV is in the plan review process. Move sample tap to outlet side of chlorination tank prior to filtration in order to take accurate chlorine level readings.
