| Details: | SUMMARY: Capacity assessment report for SRF LOI SD # 2016-157 DETAILS: I completed the capacity assessment report for the City of Cascade Locks corrosion control treatment project after a phone call on July 25, 2017, letter dated August 14, 2017. DWS recommends the following items be made conditions of the loan or funded by the loan: 1. Collect 20 lead and copper tap samples prior to Dec 31, 2017 and report to DWS by January 10, 2018, as City did not sample during the six-month period of LCR tap sampling from Jan - June 2017, and 2.) Complete 2016 cross connection annual summary report and submit to DWS, as the City has not submitted one to DWS since 2014. Recommended City replace Dry Creek reservoir and complete leak detection study. ACTION NEEDED: City to complete the two required loan conditions above. 12/6/17 update. The City has completed both of the items identified as loan conditions in the capacity assessment for the SRF treatment project. I notified Business Oregon. | ||
