Details:	SUMMARY: Contacted water system regarding repeat coliform samples that tested positive for coliform. DETAILS: Called Martin St. Louis regarding the three repeat and raw source assessment samples, collected on September 20, 2017 that all tested positive for coliform. Directed Mr. St. Louis to the Level 1 investigation form and explained that the form needed to be completed and returned to Drinking Water Services. Also, explained that the water system needed to collect three temporary routine samples in October. ACTION NEEDED: Complete level 1 investigation and collect three temporary routine samples in October.
