Details:	SUMMARY: LOI Letter DETAILS: The circuit rider was contacted on March 8th, 2017 by Jeremy McVeety of Business Oregon. Mr. McVeety explained in an email on March 10th, 2017 that the City of Rainier needed some assistance in completing their online LOI (Letter of Interest). The LOI was to be submitted by March 15th, 2017 in order to be considered by OHA in the next round of funding. The circuit rider assisted in completing the LOI with available information given by Debra Dudley (Rainier City Administrator). The City’s Engineer, Doug Gates (DEA), was unreachable to provide a cost estimate for the water portion of the project. Through conversation with the City Administrator and reviewing plan sets on the City’s webpage, Dan Vaage of Civil West estimated the water related portion of the work to be approximately $435,000. ACTION NEEDED: None.
