Details: | SUMMARY: MPA Testing DETAILS: On 3/20/17 coordinated HECO personnel to go to Enterprise, OR to perform MPA testing. Worked on scheduling the time for HECO staff to travel to project to perform test the following week. The time for traveling to project and performing test is sometime between March 28 to March 30, 2017. Bret Turner of HECO Engineering traveled to Enterprise to help set up and sample then get sample filters to Analytical Labs, Boise ID.On 3/22/17, ordered MPA test kits from lab. On 3/28/17, HECO staff picked up MPA testing equipment. On 3/29/17 drove to Enterprise, met with City staff, setup and started test. Ran test overnight from 2:30 PM to 8:00 AM. On 3/30/17 packaged up the sample filters and equipment, and delivered the sample filters and equipment back to the lab for test processing.On April 12, 2017, we received the MPA test results from Analytical Laboratory via email and original hard copies of test results were received 4/13/173/20/17 – Reserve MPA testing apparatus to perform test. Get verification from OHA that HECO staff can travel to project to complete task. Get verification that Analytical Lab in Boise, ID has certifications to do the testing for MPA per OHA accredited laboratory requirements. 3/30/17 – Need to receive MPA test results back from test lab. 4/12/17 - Another MPA test will need to be completed this fall during the dry season at the Whitmore Spring at Enterprise, OR. ACTION NEEDED: Please find Lab results attached. No other technical reports to be prepared. Support request closed. |
