| Details: | SUMMARY: Discussed lead/copper reporting and proposed civil penalty DETAILS: I called Gene to explain how to respond to the Authoritys proposed civil penalty for non-reporting of lead and copper samples. I discovered that the monitoring was reported at the same time the civil penalty was being issued and checks for the sample results did not indicate this fact. In light of the completed monitoring, I explained to Gene that no action on his part was necessary in response to the civil penalty and that the Authority would issue a letter withdrawing the civil penalty.
