Summary:"...‘Aubrey-Watzek Cascade Pacific BSA’ public water system failed to collect a routine water quality sample that tested for ‘microbiology contaminates’ (Coliform) during the third calendar quarter of 2017... In order to return to compliance, collect a ‘microbiology contaminates’ (Coliform) water quality sample as soon as possible... We have not yet heard from you regarding a specific date for resolving the back-flow device testing issue. Since ‘Aubrey-Watzek Cascade Pacific BSA’ public water system has not proposed a specific date, we have formally assigned that this violation shall be resolved by 1/2/18 (in accordance with OAR: 333-061-0076(6)(b)1)..."Also, we acknowledge that 3 of 4 violations listed on the 8/25/17 water system survey report have been resolved.
