| Details: | SUMMARY: Monthly SWT Forms DETAILS: Gave feedback to Daniel who submitted a SWTR for the first time for November (rather than the GWR 4-log report they have been doing for years). Since they committed to installing surface water treatment (April 2016), this reporting of interim monitoring is required. Although some parts of page 1 do not apply (they have no filters yet), he needs to fill out more of page 1 with the system info and the person who is providing the numbers at lower right. I told him to use "73" for the number of contact minutes on page 2 for now (our interim estimate until a tracer study is conducted). I also explained where the 4 daily parameters should be measured, and asked him to relay that information to Ed Dyment. Daniel merely types up the numbers that Ed provides, but Ed is not reachable by email. ACTION NEEDED: After speaking on the phone, I sent Daniel an email with the points to remember for the form. Await next months treatment report form. I also reiterated that the Water District Board is responsible for providing a contact person that I can communicate with about the progress on interim monitoring, etc. I cannot reach Ed Dyment during work hours, and if I leave a message, he has not been phoning back. I was only able to communicate with him successfully when he was off work for a couple weeks in Sept. | ||
