Details:	SUMMARY: 3/3 Repeat Distribution Samples TC+ DETAILS: I spoke to Shane regarding the repeat positive samples. I supplied him with a level 1 investigation template which was returned and submitted to the DWP. Shane believed the positive samples were due to a buildup of sediment in the bottom of the storage tank. Since the system went to a ground water well from the spring that went dry the system is no longer using chlorination. They planned on putting a new drain on the tank at a lower level to allow the whole tank to completely drain. They planned to clean the storage tank and shock chlorinate the system. We discussed three repeat distribution samples needed to be submitted in December. We discussed taking a special sample after shock chlorination to see if it was effective on removing the bacteria. ACTION NEEDED: Level 1 investigation was returned. Wait for the December temporary routine sample results.
