| Details: | SUMMARY: Quarterly Nitrate Sample Above 50% of the MCL at 7.1 ppm DETAILS: I did not speak to Mark directly regarding this alert. We have spoken quarterly for 10 years regarding test results above 50 % of the MCL. The system is not required to take quarterly samples but continues to do so because the facility houses children. The system is in the Willamette Valley Ground Water Management Area. The system tends to show less nitrate during the winter when ground water recharges to aquifer and dilutes. Mark is very aware that if the system exceeds the MCL treatment would be required. ACTION NEEDED: Continue to monitor quarterly sample results. | ||
