Details:	SUMMARY: 4-log Report in August 2017 Failed to Show That 4-log Traetment Was Being Maintained DETAILS: Violation: 3467960According to the operator the report had not been done correctly and the manager who was taking the daily samples had been writing down the wrong information for the readings. Instead of recording the correct information showing a residual of 0.5 the manager wrote 0.05 every day for August 2017. Manager stated that they had taken the readings incorrectly. Operator posted public notice and the notice was sent to the state. ACTION NEEDED: A phone call and a site visit were done at the establishment to ensure that they were taking proper readings. No violations for maintaining treatment since August 2017.
