Details:	SUMMARY: Coliform Repeats DETAILS: State did not get the repeats that were taken after the postive coliform routine samples. The lab had sent the results in but the carrier didn’t pick them up. Vance has sent lab reports to county staff and to compliance. ACTION NEEDED: Remove level 1 investigation.
