| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform Alert DETAILS: I contacted Mr. Scott over the phone and he suspects the test result is from collecting the sample from a spigot at the Four Seasons RV Park that is not used very often. He stated that he collected the sample from this spigot because the person in charge of the RV Park was not onsite. I advised Mr. Scott to collect 3 repeat samples: One at the same site that tested positive, one within 5 connections upstream, and another sample within 5 connections downstream. He was also told to collect a raw water sample at the source and label it “Triggered sample”. Mr. Scott stated that he already collected the upstream and downstream samples and they are currently being tested at the lab. ACTION NEEDED: Mr. Scott will collect one sample at the same site that tested positive and a raw water sample at the wellhead. Mr. Scott stated that he will collect these samples tomorrow (12/15/2017). | ||
