Details: SUMMARY: Plan Review for 4-log viral disinfection DETAILS: Ray called to ask about plan review requirements for installation of 4-log viral disinfection at the E. coli-contaminated well. I forwarded his call to a plan review engineer. But first I asked why they had decided to go with the UV rather than chlorine. He said that his staff is more familiar with it (they have UV at the WW plant, etc.), and since they already have a UV light at the golf course, it would just be swapping out their current model for the 4-log approved model. He also felt there would be less to fiddle with over time to keep UV running versus chlorine. ACTION NEEDED: Await PR submittal
