| Details: | SUMMARY: Survey Deficiency Follow Up DETAILS: August 15, 2017, survey noted an opening in the well head and no screen at the end of the reservoir overflow. On January 26, 2018, Bonnie sent me pictures of the corrections as well as an updated coliform sampling plan. ACTION NEEDED: These deficiencies are considered corrected. | ||
