Details: SUMMARY: PNC DETAILS: As of 1-29-18, OHA-DWS has designated this water system a PNC. I spoke with Charlotte: she says she will collect nitrate, routine coliform, and source assessment samples asap. I advised her to wait until summer to collect LCR. She also said she attended the recent operator certification class in Eagle Point and is working on correcting the deficiencies noted on the 5-24-17, water system survey. ACTION NEEDED: See above.
