Details:	SUMMARY: Chlorine Install Update DETAILS: System is continuing progress to install required residual chlorine. System has been working with Dan Vaage with Civil West. Dan submitted plans for the chlorination building on 1/23 and just submitted plumbing schematic to me this morning. I will forward to Carrie for plan review and remind system to submit PR fee if not already submitted. System submitted LOI for SDWRF assistance and it was recently accepted. Im hopeful that this funding will help expediate the installation. I will contact Civil West and system to ensure plan review materials have all been submitted before beginning construction. Inititally I gave them until Jan 19, 2018 to submit PR materials but Gene has been ill which slowed the process. ACTION NEEDED: Ensure all PR materials and fee are submitted and install as per plan as soon as approved.
