Details:	SUMMARY: LT2 collection dates DETAILS: Lebanon got a violation for not submitting an LT2 sample for the month of December 2017. Jeff said UPS did not deliver their Crypto sample within the maximum hold time, and they didn’t have time to resample within December (the monitoring period), because their scheduled collection dates are at the end of the month. Instead, they collected an extra sample in early January. I suggested that although this violation stands, they may be able to change their future dates, so that if there is a problem, they have a chance to reschedule collection and make it up within the same monitoring period (month). Therefore, Jeff submitted an amended calendar - starting in March 2018, they will collect on the 3rd rather than the 4th Tuesday of each month. I reminded him that they still need to contact DWS If they anticipate a problem obtaining a sample result on or within the two days grace range from the new collection dates. (So we can reschedule the due date.) ACTION NEEDED: None at this time.
