Details: SUMMARY: Repeat Samples Came Back TC+ DETAILS: Contacted operator at 3:00 pm to discuss recent TC + alert. Three out of the six repeat samples taken came back positive. The operator stated that two of the samples that were positive were taken up and downstream from the first initial positive (Lincoln St Ballston sample station) , but the repeat for the initial positive location at Lincoln St came back negative. The third sample that was TC + was from the site of the second initial positive (Livermore Smithfield Rd sample station) but the up and down stream sample points came back negative. We discussed the Level 1 investigation. ACTION NEEDED: Complete Level 1 Investigation.
