| Details: | SUMMARY: Documentation of System Correction DETAILS: Returned call to Ms. Stine, who asked about how to provide proof that required corrections due from water system survey was completed. She indicated (if not already done) that work in the well house would be completed over the weekend by a handy man. She said coliform plan template provided earlier had met her needs to complete her own plan and that O&M manual and ERP were nearly completed.I told her Id prefer a photo or two showing issues with wellhead were done. As far as documents in question, I said if she was not confident of what she had created I would be willing to review them if they were emailed to me or they could be reviewed when the RV park is inspected - inspection now due. ACTION NEEDED: Complete corrections of outstanding survey deficiencies and provide documentation that corrections are made. | ||
