There were no significant deficiencies found during the survey.

The recommendations and comments noted are as follows :

1. Recommend collecting 12 months of raw water coliform samples to determine if chlorine is required.

2. Chlorine residual was 4.0 mg/L at time of survey in manager's residence. New chlorine test kit required.

3. Recommend a digital HACH chlorine kit.

4. Contact HBH Engineering for a free tracer study and consultation to assist with chlorine measurement.
