  Comments:
1. Since South Prairie receives water that is chlorinated by the City of Tillamook, regular testing of chlorine residual is required at least twice per week, to verify that there is a detectable residual at all times. 2. You must include an addendum to Tillamook’s Consumer Confidence Report (CCR) indicating that your customers receive Tillamook water purchased by South Prairie WA, and include detections from any monitoring that you perform (coliform, lead and copper, and Disinfection ByProducts-DBPs) and any violations your system received. This could be in the form of a cover letter or sticker or other format, as long as the customers get the information. If you would like help with this, feel free to contact me as you prepare your CCR. 3. An Operation and Maintenance (O&M) manual is required for each system. Your system is relatively simple, but there are certain things that should still be documented. I have included an example O&M manual from our template. If you like it, you can use it as your O&M manual. Some modifications may be necessary. You can also develop your own manual from scratch.
