| Details: | PFAS sampling results from the TUALATIN VALLEY REGIONAL TRNG CTR provided to OHA-DWS by the Oregon Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) on 3/16/21 show the sum of concentrations of PFOS and PFHxS at 37.16 ppt. Since the sum of the concentrations of PFOS and PFHxs exceed the 30 ppt Oregon drinking water health advisory level, OHA-DWS recommended the system collect a confirmation sample and have it tested for PFAS using an accredited lab and if the results are confirmed above the HALs, issue an advisory/public notice to the water users. Alternatively, they could elect to skip the confirmation sample and post the advisory now. The system elected to post the advisory 11/1/21. The system is providing an alternate source of drinking water. |
