Details: 04.25.2022-level 2 coliform investigation
The system failed to collect RP samples after the recent TC positive sample on April 13, 2022. A level 2 investigation has been generated for this water system due to no repeat samples being submitted.

A violation for not reporting a TG sample will not be generated. The system collected a source sample on the same day they had the TC positive on 4.13.22. This sample was marked as TG for the initial TC positive in March, for which they didn’t collect RP samples and the TG sample.

L2 coliform investigation completed on 04.14.2022. On this same date I also completed the water system survey. The L2 coliform investigation corrective actions due date is 09.21.2022. This is also the due date for all other deficiencies identified during the water system survey.


04.15.2022-COLI ALERT COLI22061
Steve was contacted via email with instructions to collect 3 RP samples and one TG sample at the wellhead. A Coliform sampling plan templated was provided. I instructed Steve to update their coliform sampling plan. The plan should specify the locations where the operator plans to collect repeat samples.
