Reasons:	Nitrate Coliform

Details:	The water system had a Nitrate alert with 6.2ppm. I called john and advised him that the system would need to take quarterly nitrate samples for a at least a year to see where the nitrate levels are going. Additionally, I spoke with him about the coliform sampling violations. The system is supposed to be on monthly coliform sampling, and it looks like there have only been quarterly samples taken. He is going to be looking into getting this corrected.
