I need you to fill out this Level 1 investigation form. It is your responsibility to fill out this form. It is your water system. If the system doesn’t improve you will be required to install treatment. I hope you can help improve your water at the Huntington Travel Plaza location. I need this form back by the end of next week Friday, Oct 8th.

I just talked to Mark from the City of Vale, who takes your samples. He has a plan. He is going to put a backflow on the mobile unit and the pressure washer. He is going to flush the distribution system. On Monday Lindsay Eco water will take samples at all distribution locations to try to find the problem. Lindsay Eco water is not a certified lab therefore the Drinking water will not accept the results. On Wednesday, Mark will take 3 distribution samples for October required samples.
