Details:	All faucets have been shut down and there is no potable water available to the public. A public notice "Do Not Drink" has also been posted. Lifted 11/13/2019: All potable water has been closed to the public. This system has been deactivated until the nitrate removal system can be reliable and consistently removing nitrate at acceptable levels.
