| Details: | 01.13.2022 - Repeat sample collected on January 13 tested E. Coli positive. I emailed Caleb next steps: - Provide contact information for Janet Ellis ( New park manager) to update System contact information in Data Online. Caleb was also advised to contact the lab to update the phone number listed on the lab forms. Jesse is no longer living at the park and Janet's phone number should be listed as the new operator. - Post a boil notice as soon as practical. Use the same boil notice template provided last month. include a new explanation of what happened and what the system is doing to address the issue. - Email me a copy of the boil notice with the date it was posted. - complete any necessary repairs and shock-chlorination of the distribution lines. - Collect a special sample to verify there is no coliform contamination in the distribution. Ensure chlorine levels are be back to normal before collecting a special sample. - In addition to the special sample, Collect a routine sample for the month of January. Collect sample before Jan 31, 2022. - Expecting call from Caleb to discuss the classification of the system and clarify the monitoring and reporting requirements for a Community PWS vs TNC PWS. |
