| Details: | Annual nitrate results 9/13 were 5.9 from well #2 and 8.0 from well #1. System has had elevated nitrates between 3-8 for many years. The location of the park is in a well known area of high nitrates in groundwater. Spoke with Michelle Byrd and new owner Tom and system will take an additional sample from each well 4th qtr 2018 to see any change. System has done quarterly nitrate sampling often throughout the years and is R C under the MCL. Discussed the requirement of treatment if ever over 10 mg/L. City water/sewer is slated to be across the street? Results from additional samples will dictate further action. | ||
