Details: Spoke to Gene yesterday Tuesday Nov. 13th about a routine coliform positive sample collected on Monday Nov. 12th at the Lost Tracks pump house. He will collect repeat and source samples. The sources in use at the time of the coliform positive were China Hat Well 2 (SRC-AB) and the Parrell Road Well (SRC-HA).

Gene will contact me on Thursday when the results are available to determine if further action is required. This is the second total coliform positive sample in November.

Follow-up samples collected on November 14th were coliform absent and no additional routine samples were coliform positive in November. No further action is required.
