Reasons:	Coliform

Details:	Called and left a message for Shaniko requesting an immediate call back regarding a level 1 investigation being triggered from confirmed total coliform samples. Don Treanor called back on Monday September 13 and we spoke about completing the level 1 investigation and reasons why the repeat and routine sampling for the source and the distribution came back positive for coliform. Don shocked the reservoir twice after the positive results with multi chlor. I told him that they should be searching for the reason why coliform might be introduced to the system as well, and sampling techniques. He will check the mail for the level 1 investigation form.
