| Details: | Emily called to inform us that they spoke with the lab and E.Coli has been confirmed in distribution in two sampling locations. She is issuing a boil water notice and will send us the completed document which we will then forward to DMCE. I scheduled a level 2 investigation for 1/18/22 and instructed her to chlorinate and flush prior to taking routine samples Lifted 01/18/2022: Samples were returned absent in distribution on 1/14/21. Water advisory lifted 1/18/21 after level 2 investigation. |
