Details: Well pump failed Thursday eve 1/6 after water level in well was low. Abbas pump is working to clean out well and reset pump and if does not work will drill new well. Operator has been hauling water to the reservoir but with 54 units does not last long and often runs out and loses pressure. Spoke with Norman and discussed required boil water notice until well is fixed and water pressure is consistent. Will need absent coliform sample before using repaired/new well. Sent Norman boil water template and guidance for loss of pressure events.

Update 01/21/2022:  Spoke with owner and on-site manager. Perforations were cleaned and a new pump installed. They took a sample from the well and reservoir yesterday and both absent. There was one last electrical piece to complete and hope to have normal water service by today. Will keep boil advisory in place until all is confirmed complete.

Lifted 01/25/2022:  OK to lift boil advisory today as of 11:30 am. Special distribution follow up sample absent. See CR from 1/25/22. Spoke with Manager and he will removed Boil Advisory and inform users.
