Details:	There was a water leak on a bridge and operators needed to depressurize the entire system to fix it. The operator knows in order to lift the boil notices, they need to restore service and collect a clean coliform sample. Lifted 01/17/2022: The pipe was fixed the same day and a coliform sample was collected. The sample came back negative on 1/17/2022.
